Yes, every watch sold by Teddy Baldassarre is 100% authentic. As an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, each timepiece comes with a full manufacturer warranty and original packaging.
What is your return policy for luxury watches?
We offer a 7-day return policy for a full refund, provided the watch is in unworn, original condition with all protective plastics and security tags intact.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations via insured courier services. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the selected service level.
Can I trade in my current watch for a new one?
At this time, we focus exclusively on the sale of new timepieces from our authorized brand partners and do not have a formal trade-in program for pre-owned watches.
