Our watches are made by watchmakers with great care and are subject to strict
quality controls. Therefore, we grant a guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this time, a defective watch will be repaired free of charge. If a
repair is not possible, the watch will be replaced by an equivalent model. To apply
for a repair under the guarantee, the certificate of authenticity and the invoice
must be presented.

No. However, by registering your watch free of charge, you have the option during
the guarantee period to send your watch in for a revision (fee required). By making
use of this service, the guarantee of your watch is extended by a further 2 years.
To register your watch, please complete the warranty form in full and upload your
proof of purchase afterwards.

Yes, the watch can be returned within 14 days - the full purchase price will be refunded.
