Warranty
The warranty period extends to 24 months after date of purchase. Within this time defective watches will be repaired or replaced by an equivalent model in case a reparation is not possible, free of charge.
The international guarantee does not cover the following:
- crystal
- strap
- damages resulting from an improper use (e.g. violent shocks, extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields), handling by unauthorized individuals.
Should your watch require any repairing, spare parts or service which is not covered by the international guarantee, please contact the official service center.
To do this, please fill out the Service form at https://servicetool.chronos-manufactures.ch/ or scan the QR code on the enclosed warranty card. You will then be asked to upload your invoice. After successful registration, you will receive a certificate by e-mail for your records.
If you make regular use of this service, you will enjoy your watch for a lifetime.
